1. Purpose of Our Website
Our website provides information about our mission, animals, programs, volunteer opportunities, events, and fundraising efforts. It also allows users to make donations, register for activities, and purchase merchandise.
The content we share—including images, videos, and stories—exists to inspire compassion, education, and support for rescued animals.
2. Donations & Payments
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Donation receipts are automatically issued for tax purposes when possible; however, please consult your tax professional for personal deductions.
- Online payments (for donations, tickets, or merchandise) are processed through secure third-party platforms such as Keela, PayPal, Stripe or Sqaure. We do not store full payment card information.

3. Tours, Events, and Programs
- Participation in tours or programs at the ranch is at your own risk.
- All visitors must follow staff instructions and posted safety rules.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, animal care needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Ticket sales and event donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
4. Online Store
- Merchandise purchases help support the animals in our care.
- All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or exchange.
- Shipping times may vary; we’ll do our best to ship orders promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, photos, videos, logos, graphics, and designs—is the property of Florida Rescue Ranch & Sanctuary and is protected by copyright laws.
You may share our posts and stories for personal or educational use as long as credit is clearly given to Florida Rescue Ranch & Sanctuary and content is not altered or used for commercial purposes.
6. Media & Photography
By attending events or visiting the ranch, you acknowledge and consent that photos or videos may be taken for educational or promotional use by Florida Rescue Ranch.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify staff upon arrival.
